3. Prepare documents required for export inspection. Specific include: list invoice, contract, letter of authorization for inspection, factory inspection list, carton packing list and other certificates. The required documents should be prepared three days before the customs declaration and declared to the inspection and Quarantine Bureau.

5. Customs on-site audit is completed. After the goods are released, the owner shall transport the goods to the customs control area for inspection and release within the specified time. If the inspection is necessary, the customs declaration bank should contact the customs in time to carry out the inspection of the goods. After the inspection, the designated seal shall be sealed according to the shipping company. If there is no need for inspection, the goods shall be released in time, and the loading list shall be sent to the port area for loading according to the closing time.
6. When the goods are to be exported, the shipping company will send the data of the export manifest to the Customs. After the customs receives the data, the customs declaration bank will print the tax refund verification and cancellation form to the Customs timely after the customs data is cleared.
